Hold a public hearing to consider the amendment of the Hays County Property Assessed Clean Energy (“PACE”) program.  Possible action may follow, including but not limited to approving a resolution amending the Hays County PACE program, and adopting an amended Report as required by Texas Local Government Code Section 399.009. SHELL
