F. American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) Presentation and Discussion Staff will be presenting information on ARPA funding regulations along with suggested initiatives for consideration. The evening?s collective discussion of potential initiatives using ARPA funds begins the process of identifying an agreed number of select, eligible proposals for which staff can develop policy for implementation.
