Approval of the termination of a drainage easement (ESMT-26-0159) located within the Blockhouse Creek Farm - Leander Subdivision, more particularly described as 0.3127 acres out of Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R629336, and generally located at 2501 Niles Drive, Leander, Williamson County, Texas; and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents.
