14. Authorize the execution of the FY19 Interlocal Contract for the Next Generation 9-1-1 Database Program with the Capital Area Emergency Communications District (CAECD) for emergency communications Geographic Information System (GIS) services to be provided by the County. INGALSBE/GARZA
