A. Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding Jurisdictional Boundaries Between the City of Elgin and the Village of Sleepy Hollow (No cost) Objective: Amend the 2005 boundary agreement with the village of Sleepy Hollow to allow the annexation of 32 acres at the west end of Tollgate Road and the construction of two speculative industrial buildings.
