Consider adopting a resolution accepting the donation of 178.683 +/- acres for use as a public park, authorizing the execution of a memorandum of understanding regarding the property’s use, and authorizing closing costs associated with the conveyance in an estimated amount of $9,500. The City Council reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.
