FY-24-17-PLT: Consider adopting a resolution approving the Final Plat of Mandir Community Replat No. 1, with developer-requested exceptions to Unified Development Code Section 8.3.1 - Park Fees and Chapter 12, Code of Ordinances - Fire Prevention Protection Section 12-11(a)(1) related to the maximum number of dwelling units allowed on a cul-de-sac, being a 4.498 +/- acre, 42-Lot, 1-Block, residential subdivision, being a replat of the Final Plat of Mandir Community, situated in the City of Temple, Bell County, Texas addressed as 4231 Hartrick Bluff Road. The City Council reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act. Notice of Meetings: The Mayor and/or City Council have been invited to attend and/or participate in the following meetings/conferences/events.
