Central Avenue, a 0.409- acre property located in the Downtown District, and authorizing closing costs associated with the purchase in the estimated amount $3,000, and provide funding for property improvements at the location in a not to exceed amount of $130,000; B) the transfer of the Missouri Kansas Texas (MKT) Caboose No. 140 rail car from the City of Temple to the Temple Revitalization Corporation.
