Consider adopting a resolution to ratify the grant application to the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program. The program’s goal is to assist in financing the acquisition, construction and/or rehabilitation of owner- occupied, rental, and transitional housing for the homeless in their communities. (N)
