Consider adopting a resolution finding that two wastewater easements and two temporary construction easements located on properties addressed as 1125 & 2716 Moores Mill Road, Temple, Bell County, Texas are necessary for the construction of the Little Elm Trunk Sewer Extension Project and authorizing the use of eminent domain to condemn the easement interests pursuant to Government Code § 2206.053. The City Council reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act.
