Approve FIRST READING – PUBLIC HEARING - FY-24-11-ZC: Consider adopting an ordinance approving a rezoning from Agricultural (AG) to Planned Development Single- Family 3 Dwelling (PD-SF3) with up to a maximum of 20% for General Retail (GR) uses, up to a maximum of 20% for Multi-Family-2 (MF-2) uses and up to a maximum of 10% for Townhouse (TH) uses on 145.040 +/- acres, located generally south of 93 Spur, west of Old Hwy 95 approximately 1,600 feet south of its intersection with East FM 93 addressed as 7002 & 7246 Old Hwy 95.”
