The Bee Creek Sports Complex Phase II project consists of the design for two new synthetic soccer/football/lacrosse fields and a pavilion.<br><br data-pasted="true">Modification No.1 will include additional design services for the stair and spectator area at Field 4 and extend construction phase services to Field 4, 6, and 7. The modification will also provide survey, permitting, and construction phase services for the Pavilion and restroom area at the Overlook, update the hourly rates, and add an additional 300 calendar days to the project duration.
