2025-0461 Authorize and approve Re-Brief for Request for Proposal No. 2024-035-7022 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part A, Minority AIDS Initiative, RWHAP Part B, State Services and Ending the HIV Epidemic Carryover Funds for sub-recipient Dallas County Hospital District d.b.a Parkland Health for contract language changes only Commissioner John Wiley Price amended the contract as follows: This Contract shall commence upon execution and shall remain in effect through August 31, 2030, subject to annual availability of grant funds and renewal by the County. Each fiscal year's services and payments are contingent on the award and acceptance of applicable funding for that year. On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 15, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 466, Grant 6550224, 6550824, 6551024, 6560325, 6550125 and 6551624 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve Re-Brief for Request for Proposal No. 2024-035-7022 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part A, Minority AIDS Initiative, RWHAP Part B, State Services and Ending the HIV Epidemic Carryover Funds for sub-recipient Dallas County Hospital District d.b.a Parkland Health for contract language changes only.
