2025-0110 District Attorney – FY2025 Annual State Bar of Texas Membership Dues for District Attorney’s Office – in the Estimated Amount of $65,000 – with Funding Available within Chapter 59 State Forfeiture Fund (40007) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: District Attorney – State Forfeiture Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the District Attorney’s Office request to pay FY2025 Annual State Bar of Texas Membership Dues for District Attorney’s Office– in the estimated amount of $65,000 – with funding available within District Attorney – Chapter 59 State Forfeiture Fund 91054 (40007).
