2025-0513 Authorize the execution of the Project Specific Agreement between City of Cedar Hill and Dallas County to secure funding for the Straus Road Trail Major Capital Improvement Program 30905 Road & Bridge District 3 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 MCIP 30905 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of this Project Specific Agreement between the County of Dallas (“County”) and the City of Cedar Hill (“City”) for Court Order Approval to secure funding for the Straus Trail, Major Capital Improvement Program 30905 (“Project”). The total Project cost is estimated to be Four Hundred Thousand Dollars and no cents ($400,000.00)
