2025-1138 Authorize Supplement 1 to Work Order No. 01 between Dallas County and HVJ North Texas – Chelliah Consultants, Inc.for Laboratory Services on the Cypress Water Trail, Trail and Preserve Program 90149, Road and Bridge District 2 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 Project 90149 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Supplement 1 to Work Order No. 01 between Dallas County and HVJ North Texas – Chelliah Consultants, Inc. in order to perform laboratory services for the Cypress Water Trail Project, Trail and Preserve Program 90149. The total cost of Supplement 1 to Work Order No. 01 is not to exceed Fourteen Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars and no cents ($14,200.00). The project is being funded by Trail and Preserve Program Fund 196 Project 90149. A transfer is necessary from Fund 196 Project 8201 to Trail and Preserve Program Fund 196 Project 90149.
