On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 4, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: 19600 – Facilities CAPEX. Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the Architectural and Engineering IDIQ Work Order to Grace Design Studios, LLC in the amount of $76,000.00 for the facility conditions assessment to refresh the West Courts (Floors 3–6) at the George Allen Sr. Courts Building.
