2025-0882 Jury Services – Approval for Submission of Quarterly Request for County Reimbursement of Juror Payments for the 2nd Quarter of 2025 (April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025) to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, in the Amount of $526,536 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the submission of Quarterly Request for County Reimbursement of Juror Payments for the 2nd Quarter of 2025 (April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025) to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, in the amount of $562,536, and for the County Judge to sign all related documents for the submission of the Quarterly Request for County Reimbursement of Juror Payments. Done in open Court August 19, 2025 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman OPPOSED: None
