Consider/Approve Additional Architectural Services for Farmers Branch Elementary Replacement Under RFP 2023-05-043 Description: Priority #2: Optimize Facility, Safety & Security, and Infrastructure In June of 2023, RFQ 2023-05-043 for Architectural Services was brought before the Board, and a pool of architects was approved. RFQ 2023-05-043 was subsequently extended for the third time in June 2026. Glenn Partners was selected from this pool to provide architectural services for the Farmers Branch Elementary Replacement project. A project budget increase of  $12.5M was approved by the Board under agenda item 7.C on November 5, 2025 and a construction GMP was approved by the board under agenda item 5.S on May 7, 2026 Construction GMP:  $51,986,799 Requested Additional Design Fee & Contingency:  $497,973 Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approves Glenn Partners to provide additional architectural services for the Farmers Branch Elementary Replacement Project as part of the 2023 Bond Projects and authorize the Superintendent or her designee to negotiate and execute contracts in the best interest of the district.
