2025-0440 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 3 to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. HHS001317100003 – HIV/Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) which increases the total contract by $949,100.00, revises certain attachments to the contract, and extends the contract term through August 31, 2026 to meet the housing needs of low-income persons living with HIV (PLWH) and their households within the State of Texas with No Grant Match Required On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 15, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Project: 820326 & 820426 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 3 to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. HHS001317100003 – HIV/Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) which increases the total contract by $949,100.00, revises certain attachments to the contract, and extends the contract term through August 31, 2026 to meet the housing needs of low-income persons living with HIV (PLWH) and their households within the State of Texas with No Grant Match Required and authorize the County Judge to sign electronically on behalf of the County.
