This contract provides construction compliance and monitoring services to the organizations who are building supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness. The initial contract was funded under the Local Fiscal Recovery Funds from the American Rescue Plan Act.<br><br>This Modification No. 4 will extend the contract from October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027, for a Not to Exceed (NTE) amount of $355,569.00.
