2026-0226 Authorization to Upload the Juvenile Department FY2026 Escrow Budget (30062) - $23,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 17, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Escrow Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Juvenile Department’s FY2026 Sex Offender Escrow budget and authorization to upload the budget into Oracle Fusion to allow the department to continue program operations and related expenditures for Fiscal Year 2026.
