2026-0744 Authorize and Approve the FY2027 Dallas County Health and Human Services Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) Annual Plan On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Housing Choice Voucher Program Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the revised FY2027 DCHHS Housing Choice Voucher Program Annual Plan and authorize the County Judge to electronically certify.
