As part of ongoing efforts to maintain competitive and fair pay, HRMD reviewed selected benchmark jobs and based on salary survey market data, is recommending pay grade adjustments for certain positions. These recommendations are intended to address positions that are currently not aligned with the County’s competitive market range.  Before sharing the findings with County departments, we are requesting feedback on the proposed adjustments and approval to move forward with sharing data with PBO and other County Directors.
