2025-0910 Request to Amend the County Clerk Records Management Fund and District Clerk Records Management Fund FY2025 Spend Plan for Payment of Criminal Odyssey Post-Deployment Technical Support; for the Amount not to Exceed $230,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.20400.9250.62095.43000 & 100.20400.9255.62095.43026 County & District Clerk’s Records Management Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the request to amend Court Order #2024-1083 (District Clerk – FY2025 Records Management Fund Spending Plan) and Court Order #2024-1132 (County Clerk – Records Management Fund FY2025 Budget) for payment of criminal Odyssey post-deployment technical support for the period starting January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 (Invoice #020-161619); the amount not to exceed $230,000. The cost distribution between the County Clerk and District Clerk Records Management Fund for both items will be 50/50: County Clerk Records Management Fund – 100.20400.9250.62095.43000 ($115,000) District Clerk Records Management Fund – 100.20400.9255.62095.43026 ($115,000)
