On August 11, 2026, Grants Administration brought a draft Grants Administration policy for Commissioners Court consideration. By vote of the Court, the draft policy was approved with direction to return to Commissioners Court for formal adoption of the policy into County Code. This item accomplishes that direction. The policy has been drafted and finalized as Chapter 26. Grants Administration and an order adding the policy to County Code is included as part of this action. No substantive changes have been made to the policy since Grants Administration brought the draft policy for Court's consideration.
