2025-1340 Probate Courts – FY2026 Probate Court Education Funds Spending Plans On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Probate Court Education Funds (41030, 41031, and 41032) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the FY2026 Probate Court Education Funds spending plans as proposed.
