2025-0020 Eighth Amendment to Public Safety Radio Network Master Antenna/Space Lease at Bank of America Plaza - 901 Main Street, Dallas, Texas On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the 8th amendment to an existing lease between Dallas County and Dallas Main L.P. for an additional three-year period at a monthly rate of $978.58 for the first year with a 3% increase annually for subsequent years, beginning October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2027, and authorize the County Judge to execute the amendment document as briefed.
