Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (a) Upgrade the County Court at Law West Law Library Subscription to Westlaw Proflex, in an amount not to exceed $180; (b) Enter a contract Defense Logistics Agency for Law Enforcement Support (LESO) for Constable Precinct 2; (c) Enter an Interlocal Agreement and approval of Order between Burnet County and Marble Falls Independent School District (MFISD) to widen the entry driveway at the Ridge Harbor subdivision Gate 2 to accommodate bus traffic; and (d) Enter an Interlocal Agreement and approval of Order between Burnet County and Burnet Consolidated Independent School District (BCISD) Summer Nutrition Program to use the Briggs Community Center parking lot for summer meal distribution to students.
