2025-0526 Approval for Payment to GL Seaman & Company for Renovations and Installation of a New Wall and Secure Access Doors for the 6th Floor of the Dallas County Records Building – Amount not to Exceed $56,617 – with Funding Available from Combination Tax and Parking Garage Rev C Fund (44100) and Major Capital Development Fund (19600) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Combination Tax and Parking Garage Rev C Fund (100.44100.0000.68130.10000) and Major Capital Development Fund (19600) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the payment to GL Seaman & Company for renovations and installation of a new wall and secure access doors for the 6th floor of the Dallas County Records Building; amount not to exceed $56,617 with funding available from Combination Tax and Parking Garage Rev C Fund (44100) and Major Capital Development Fund (19600).
