Consider and take appropriate action to approve a contract for Travis County to perform administrative, accounting, and clerical services for the Travis County Corporations from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. (Commissioner Shea)

This is an annual administrative agenda item. Staff is requesting approval of the contract between Travis County and Travis County Corporations (TCC). Travis County contracts with TCC to pay for the personnel, benefits, and reimbursable travel costs for a total of 6.5 County employees to conduct Corporations' work for Fiscal Year 2026. <br><br>The FY26 contract was reviewed by Travis County Attorney's Office and the Corporations Corporate counsel. The FY26 transfer amount of $863,362 has been reviewed by the Planning and Budget Office to ensure that it matches the actual costs identified in the preliminary budget for the year. The FY26 transfer will cover salaries for the five current employees, one new employee in the Auditor's office to assist with financial reporting, and partially cover salary of an Investment Manager within EDSI to assist with bank account management support and pooled accounts. The Corporations will transfer $863,362 to Travis County in October of 2026.   <br><br>Please note, there is an associated item under PBO for Commissioners Court approval.
