The Appaloosa Run Storage Facility Phases 3 & 4 condominium site development application, TNR project #24-48997, is a two-phased commercial condo project. The site currently consists of five 1- story buildings and 1 2-story building. The proposed phase consists of 7 additional buildings on approximately 17.88 acres of land.   The Declaration of Condominium Regime for the Appaloosa Run Storage Commercial Condominiums is recorded as document #2025117665 OPRTC.<br id="isPasted">​<br>Condominium projects are considered a special form of subdivision, and the applicant is requesting an exemption from the requirement to plat. TNR Development applications for condominium projects are reviewed through the commercial site plan process. The development plans are reviewed to ensure that environmental, transportation, and drainage impacts are addressed as required by regulations.
