AI-103494 The Urban County Program requests approval to enter into HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Program Written Agreements with the following Subrecipients for the provision of eligible HOME-ARP supportive services to HOME-ARP qualifying populations, in accordance with HUD Notice CPD-21-10, subject to final legal review.
