2025-0248 Authorize and approve the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Dallas and Dallas County, Texas, on behalf of DCHHS Older Adult Services Program (OASP), for use of space located at the West Dallas Multipurpose Center for the purposes of providing OASP services and meals On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Dallas Office of Community Care-West Dallas Multipurpose Center and DCHHS-OASP and authorize the County Judge to sign the Agreement on behalf of Dallas County.
