2025-0339 Authorize and Approve eHealth Exchange - Data Use and Reciprocal Support Agreement (DURSA) On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: TBD Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Agreement and authorize the County Judge to sign the Agreement on behalf of Dallas County.
