2025-1498 Approval of an Agreement for the Management of Dallas County History Exhibits and an Online Museum On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize the two-year management agreement with Old Red Courthouse, Inc., effective December 1, 2025, to maintain and grow Dallas County’s history exhibits and digital museum.
