2026-0755 Support Letter for the 2026 Railroad Crossing Elimination Program Grant Proposal: Prairie Creek Grade Separation Project (Project No. 10236) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the County Judge to affirm that Dallas County supports the City of Dallas with their Prairie Creek Grade Separation Project application submittal for a 2026 Railroad Crossing Elimination Program Grant for the construction funding. To that end authorize the County Judge to sign the attached letter of support, which is addressed to the Federal Railroad Administration.
