The purpose of this Contract is to provide installation services for solar photovoltaic systems, which are one component of the weatherization and home repair programs provided by Health and Human Services (HHS). <br id="isPasted"> <br>On October 10, 2025, IFB No. 133-TL was issued through BidNet, and opened on October 30, 2025. A total of forty-one (41) vendors viewed the solicitation and two (2) bids were received.<br> <br>The Purchasing Office reached out to vendors who viewed the solicitation, but did not submit a bid, to find out why they chose not to participate.
