The USB 1st Floor Public Defender Renovation is for selective demolition and remodeling of partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and pathways for security and communication systems. <br id="isPasted"> <br>Change Order No. 5 is for extending General Conditions, mechanical controls, covering spandrel glass, painting devices and fixtures, and removing abandoned cables.
