Lund Road Farms development is a multi-use development consisting of 65,400 square feet of commercial development, 372 units of multifamily development, 276 units of build-to-rent townhomes, 1,870 units of single-family and 40,000 square feet of fire and rescue station. The proposed development is located at the south-west corner of the intersection of Lund Road and Texas State Highway 95. <br data-pasted="true"> <br>The developer has agreed to design and construct a northbound right turn lane at the intersection of site Driveway 1 at County Line Road. The developer has agreed to design and construct a traffic signal, a northbound right turn lane, southbound left turn lane, and a westbound right turn lane at the intersection of site Driveway 2 at County Line Road. The developer has agreed to design and construct a northbound right turn lane at the intersection of site Driveway 3 at County Line Road. The developer has agreed to design and construct a northbound right turn lane and a southbound left turn lane at the intersection of site Driveway 4 at County Line Road. The developer has agreed to design and construct a southbound right turn lane and northbound left turn lane at the intersection of County Line Road and Carlson Road. The developer also agrees to dedicate a Right of Way (ROW) of 3.437 acres along the property frontage on County Line Road for the future four-lane project.
