2025-0037 Authority to Proceed with Payment of Non-Compliant Invoices and Purchases less than $50,000 dated January 21, 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund (12000), Escrow Fund (20300), Major Grant Fund (46600) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize the payment of non-compliant purchases and invoices less than $50,000, as prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer on behalf of Non-Compliant Departments for January 21, 2025 and authorize the Dallas County Auditor's Office to proceed with payment.
