The Raising Travis County Community Advisory Council was established by the Court to guidance to Travis County staff and ensure community input in the planning and implementation of the voter-approved Child Care and Out of School Time Fund. The inaugural slate of nominees was presented to the Court for approval on October 7, 2025. The nominee presented today, Courtney Seals, will serve as the appointee for Precinct 3 and was selected based on her deep knowledge and experience leading programs supporting youth, young adults, and families.
