Consider/Approve RFP 2026-07-087 for Workers' Compensation: Third Party Claims Administration, Cost Containment, Utilization Review, and Case Managment Services Description: Priority #5: Optimize All Available Resources We issued an RFP in July for these mandatory services.  We had five (5) responses.  After careful evaluation by our evaluation committee, vendors who provided the best value to the District were selected for award recommendations: Athens:  Third Party Claims Administration Injury Management Organization:  Cost Containment, Utilization Review, and Case Management Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approves RFP 2026-07-087 for Workers’ Compensation: Third Party Claims Administration, Cost Containment, Utilization Review, and Case Management Services and delegate authority to the Superintendent, or her designee, to execute award vendors according to the evaluation and execute purchases and contracts in the best interest of the District.
