Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to issue two separate Request for Qualifications (RFQ), in accordance with Texas Local Government Code 2254.003, for professional engineering services related to the Senate Bill 3 Outdoor Warning Siren Project for the following: a. A professional engineering firm to provide project management services and coordination with state and local governments in an amount not to exceed $50,000; and b. A professional engineering firm to design, develop, and receive public input and all other engineering services in an amount not to exceed $200,000.
