2026-0434 Authorize Work Order No. 2 between Dallas County and APM & Associates, Inc. to fund Professional Specialty Services on the Beltline Road Sinkhole Repair, Road and Bridge – Bridge Maintenance and Reserves Project 0001A On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.10500.2550.68312.70000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Work Order No. 2 between Dallas County and APM & Associates, Inc. for professional specialty services relative to the damage caused by the sinkhole on Beltline Road. The Consultant will evaluate the damage caused by the sinkhole, develop considerations for design alternatives, and develop plans, specifications, and estimates for the repairs for Beltline Road Sinkhole Repair, Road and Bridge - Bridge Maintenance and Reserves Project 0001A. The total cost of Work Order No. 2 is not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars, and no cents ($125,357.00) .
