2026-0017 Dallas County Sheriff’s Office – FY2026 Joint Law Enforcement Operations (JLEO) Task Force Obligation Agreement On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 6, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: U.S. Department of Justice Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve acceptance of the U.S. Department of Justice funds in the amount of $44,310 for fiscal year 2026, and to authorize the and the County Judge to sign all documents related to the acceptance of this agreement.
