This item authorizes the final acceptance of the First Baptist Church Infrastructure Improvements Project (the "Project"). The work has been completed and inspected. All work conforms to City specifications, and the contractor, Irish Star Construction Company, LLC, has met the terms of the contract. The one-year maintenance bond has run its course without any warranty issues. Staff recommends final acceptance and release of the maintenance bond.
