This project is focused on the evaluation of the performance of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and its rectification to optimize performance of the HVAC system in each building at the Travis County Correctional Complex. Modification No. 3 is to add Phase 2, Implementation of Design, which includes drawing and specification reviews, construction visitation, periodic reports, and other fees associated with Construction Administration Services. This contract modification will increase the total contract value by $12,500.00, from $67,266.00 to $79,766.00, a total aggregate increase of 141.39% from the original contract amount.
