2025-1344 Dallas County Commissioners Court Casting Its Vote for a Member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Central Appraisal District; and Providing for an Effective Date On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby cast its votes in accordance with the attached ballot, for a member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Central Appraisal District and that this order shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.
