HHS staff is recommending the renewal of Interlocal Agreement No. 4400001753 with Integral Care to fund the Community Advancement Network (CAN). The CAN helps convene and connect individuals and organizations across issue areas, disciplines, sectors, and jurisdictions by providing a forum for them and learn about each other’s issues and work; and identify common interests, goals and opportunities to collaborate and leverage resources.
